The composition “Tricolore sul mare” by Giovanni Scapecchi received the mention from the judging panel composed by Luciano Tomei (Conservatory of Naples), Carlo Galante (Conservatory of Genove), Marco Gemmani (Conservatory of Venice), Stefano Bellon (Conservatory of Trieste) and Antonio Barbagallo (Director of the Shipping Band).
